The Opportunity

Machter had a seemingly simple goal: to increase its brand presence and grow its market share in 2024. The challenge? The incorrect brand perception that Macheter sells cheaply-made automotive parts. To counter this, their aim was to grow brand visibility across all channels, grow their wholesale business, and become known, correctly, as a supplier of quality autoparts at affordable prices.

The Backstory

Machter was ready to accelerate its business model to reach an impressive monthly revenue target within two years. The company had gone all-in, expanding its operations with new warehouses in Queensland and Victoria and increased inventory levels — all to support its ambitious growth plans. Their intent was to facilitate this growth by scaling Machter’s advertising efforts. That’s where Blank Theory came in.

The Mission

Machter’s short-term goal was to achieve $300k in monthly revenue within the first 12 months. Their long-term goal was to shift focus to wholesale business and reach their monthly revenue goal by ramping up advertising.

The Game Plan

Building trust and showcasing the superior quality of Machter’s products was the first step towards achieving their goals. We planned to leverage backlink acquisition, UX optimisation, and effective SEO so that quality content would direct customers to a seamless website experience.

The Results

Absolutely everything improved from the moment we launched our social media campaign. From surpassing Machter’s revenue target to skyrocketing their social media ROAS, we were able to drive impressive results in just 4–5 months. Impressively, our new video ads created a 78% increase in click-through rates, demonstrating how much the clips inspired confidence in the brand.
